Visit Rose Hall

Carefully restored during the 1960s and built in the 1770s, Rose Hall is known to be one of the most significant and historic mansions in Jamaica. The interior is decorated with silk wallpaper, a collection of antiques from Europe, and a beautiful chandelier. There is also a museum that showcases the mansion’s history of slavery.

A lot of people visit Rose Hall to appreciate the beautiful architecture and opulent furnishings of the place but a major attraction of Rose Hall is the White Witch. According to local legend, the spirit of former plantation owner Annie Palmer haunts the grounds of the mansion.
